Question: I have purchased an original key from my dealer. Can you program this new key?
Answer:
In most cases it is not possible to program an original key. In order to make a copy of an existing key we use a different type of transponder. Most original keys cannot be opened to swap the transponder. In these cases we must supply one of our own keys.
